Payments
Leather Adults accepts payment through the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and other payment methods made available through our payment providers.
All payments are processed through secure payment systems. Payment information is transmitted using industry-standard encryption and security measures. Leather Adults does not have access to your full credit or debit card number after the transaction is processed by our payment provider.
All prices displayed on our website are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. If your payment card or account is denominated in another currency, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may convert the transaction into your local currency. Any applicable foreign-exchange fees or charges imposed by your financial institution are the customer's responsibility.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service team.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our Contact Us page or by contacting us using the customer-service details provided on our website.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation request received within the 24-hour period. However, if an order has already entered production, been completed, dispatched, or otherwise progressed beyond a stage at which cancellation is possible, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such circumstances, the customer may be able to return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, subject to the applicable return conditions and exclusions.
For custom, personalized, made-to-measure, or bespoke products, cancellation eligibility may be limited once production has started because these products are made specifically according to the customer's requirements.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is subject to acceptance by Leather Adults.
After an order is submitted, you will normally receive an Order Confirmation by email acknowledging that we have received your order. This confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order or confirmation that the product has entered production.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- The product is unavailable.
- We are unable to verify payment.
- There is an obvious pricing or product-description error.
- We reasonably believe an order has been placed fraudulently or unlawfully.
- We are unable to fulfil the order because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order using the applicable original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing procedures.
Pricing
All product prices displayed on the Leather Adults website are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, product availability, specifications, and promotional offers may change from time to time without prior notice. Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, or other charges will be disclosed where applicable before or during checkout.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, occasional typographical, technical, or pricing errors may occur.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we may contact you before processing or dispatching the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If we cannot obtain your confirmation, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of any amount already paid.
If the correct price is lower than the price you paid, we will refund the difference where appropriate.
Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law.
Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product availability information on our website. However, inventory and availability may change without notice.
A product being displayed on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available at the time an order is processed.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and, where applicable, offer an appropriate solution such as:
- A suitable replacement;
- An alternative product;
- A reasonable delay where the product can be produced or restocked; or
- A refund of the unavailable item.
Custom, Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Orders
Leather Adults offers standard-size, made-to-measure, custom, and bespoke leather products.
For made-to-measure or custom products, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications. Customers should carefully follow our measurement instructions before submitting an order.
Because custom and made-to-measure products are produced according to the customer's individual requirements, they may be subject to different cancellation, return, exchange, and refund conditions. These conditions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Where a product has been incorrectly manufactured by us or is materially defective, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our applicable policies and consumer obligations.
User Accounts
If you create an account with Leather Adults, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account and to update your information when necessary.
You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account credentials have been compromised or used without authorization.
Leather Adults reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized use, fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and make changes to products, prices, specifications, availability, and website content when necessary.
Such corrections will not affect rights that have already accrued to customers under applicable law.
Payment Security
Leather Adults uses secure payment processing services provided by third-party payment providers.
We do not request or ask customers to send complete credit-card numbers, CVV/security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email, WhatsApp, or social media.
Customers should only submit payment information through the secure checkout process provided on our website or through an authorized payment provider.
