At Leather Adults, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience with premium quality products, unique designs, and fast delivery. However, in the event that a return or refund is necessary, our policy outlined below will apply. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Return/Refund Request Period: Must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Items: Only regular (non-customized) products in unused, unaltered condition with original packaging and tags are eligible.
Non-Eligible Items:
Custom orders or personalized products
Wrong size ordered
Used or damaged items
Items on sale or purchased using discount codes
Personal items
Contact our customer support to request the return address.
Repack the item(s) securely in original packaging with all receipts and related documents.
Ship the package prepaid and traceable (e.g., USPS or insured courier).
Email us the correct return tracking number.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any customs duties. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds will be issued only for regular products (not custom-made).
Once your return is received and inspected (within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days, and may take 10–45 days to reflect on your statement depending on your bank.
Exchange requests follow the same return process and timeframe.
Exchange items will be processed and dispatched within 15 business days of return approval.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
Our products are thoroughly inspected by three quality control supervisors during the cutting, stitching, and finishing stages to ensure top-tier quality before dispatch.
For custom orders, we collect your exact body measurements. Please refer to our Sizing Guide and coordinate with our Customer Service agents to ensure accuracy. While we do our best to avoid errors, any fit issues may only be corrected through alteration, not refund or return.
