Shipping Policy

At LeatherAdults.com, we ship to customers in the USA and internationally. We do our best to process every order quickly and keep you informed throughout the delivery process.

Order Processing

Regular orders, Made-to-measure orders and all Bespoke and custom-size/color orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Our products are made to order. The estimated total delivery time, including production and shipping, is: Standard - (7 to 10 Business days) at $38.00

It means the total time including manufacturing and delivery is 7 to 10 days.

Note: We may request you to pay additional cost for shipping, if the items you ordered are heavy in weight or if your address is in a remote area.

“Some US locations may require an additional Remote Area Charge. We will contact you if this applies.”

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. All custom size/color items are shipped from our production base in Pakistan. We have no control over any import charges and every customer is encouraged to make sure they know the rules for their country before placing an order.

All import charges are the responsibility of the customer and Leather Adults cannot help with any additional charges imposed by a countries customs force.

Shipping & Delivery

We use express shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, and other reputable carriers. After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Additional shipping charges may apply for heavy/oversized packages or remote-area addresses. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipping.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

Our business is registered and based in Florida, USA. Regular orders are fulfilled according to the shipping location shown at checkout.

For custom sizes, custom colors, made-to-measure, and bespoke orders, production and shipping are handled from our production facility in Pakistan. These orders may therefore be subject to international customs duties and import taxes.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about possible import charges.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and responding to any requests from the courier or customs authorities.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Packstations, APO, or FPO addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to Russia, Brazil, Israel, India, OFAC-sanctioned countries or territories, or destinations where shipping is prohibited by applicable laws or courier restrictions.
