Horrible customer service

I got a product that was 2 sizes too small, unclear if this was by my mistake or not, sent the seller an e-mail about it, still haven't heard from them over a week later. What is a contact E-Mail for if there is no way to contact you through it?
The product is overall fine, one of the seams is coming apart on a new product though. If it wasn't so cheap, this would be unacceptable. You get what you pay for I guess.
One thing is for sure, I'm definitely never buying from this seller again.
